Welcome to Bloxara — a marketplace for discounted Roblox virtual items. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bloxara's website, services, and any purchases made through our store.

By accessing or using Bloxara, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To use Bloxara and make purchases, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users under the age of 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent before making any purchases.
• You must have a valid and active Roblox account in good standing to receive item deliveries.
• You must have a Discord account to receive item delivery via our Discord server.
• You are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country or region.

Bloxara reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements without prior notice.

Bloxara sells Roblox virtual items at discounted prices. All products listed on our store are digital goods delivered within the Roblox platform via a trade or gift process coordinated through our Discord server.

Delivery Process:

• After completing your purchase, you will receive a unique order reference code.
• You must create a support ticket in our official Discord server and provide your order reference, Roblox username, and Discord handle.
• Our team will process your delivery within 24–72 hours of ticket creation during business days.
• Items are delivered directly to your Roblox account via in-game trade.

Bloxara does not guarantee item availability at all times. In the rare event that a listed item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will receive a full refund or a comparable item of equal or greater value, at your choice.

All payments on Bloxara are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment and refund policies:

Payments:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed at the time of order placement.
• Bloxara uses trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment card details.

Refunds:

• Refunds are available if the item has not yet been delivered to your Roblox account.
• Once a trade or delivery is confirmed as completed, no refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted via a Discord support ticket within 48 hours of your order date.
• Refunds due to item unavailability are processed within 5–7 business days.

To maintain the safety and integrity of the Bloxara community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to defraud, scam, or deceive other users or Bloxara staff in any way.
• Using stolen payment methods or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, or referral programs.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the Bloxara website or backend systems.
• Impersonating Bloxara staff or other users on Discord or any platform.
• Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates Roblox's Terms of Service.
• Posting spam, malicious links, or inappropriate content in our Discord server or any communication channels.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate and permanent account suspension, forfeiture of pending orders, and legal action if applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxara and its staff, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Losses resulting from Roblox account bans, suspensions, or policy changes by Roblox Corporation that affect item delivery.
• Damages caused by third-party service disruptions, including payment processors or Discord outages.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect login credentials.

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Bloxara reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page.

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page upon making any revisions.
• Significant changes may be announced through our Discord server or via email where possible.
• Your continued use of Bloxara after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
